The United Die Company has been test drawing dies for many years. Our test bench enables us to eliminate some of the guess work that goes on in cold drawing, so we know for sure what our dies will produce . If you have a special shape, or a product with a tight tolerance, and want to be sure when you get our dies you will produce good product. Send us some pointed incoming material and we will test draw it here at United Die first, making sure the proper size shape are present. This way when you receive the die with the drawn sample, you know it will work well for you right out of the box.

We are the only die manufacturer which presses its own tungsten carbide. The ability to press our own tungsten carbide has led to vast improvements in substrate integrity and mechanical properties.
