When the problem is on our side, DCT now says so where you are looking — and your access code stays put while it passes.
Signing in
- The sign-in page tells you when Cloudflare reports a problem — if Cloudflare, which hosts DCT, reports an incident affecting a service DCT depends on, the sign-in page says so above the access-code field, with a link to the DCT service status page. Signing in is never held up while DCT checks.
- Your access code is remembered through a service outage — if DCT's access-code service is briefly unavailable when you sign in, your access code is no longer forgotten; once the service is back, signing in works without typing it again.
Service status
- More complete service status — the DCT service status page on udico.co and the optional outage emails now also cover the storage behind access codes and design libraries.
